01 — Marketing Recommendations

Our initial meet is designed to get to know one another and to understand your business and marketing needs. We don’t have a one model fits all approach. This meet provides a greater understanding of how we can support your business either through Strategic Recommendations or through more general Marketing Support.

02 — Response

Depending on the client’s requirements, Scout can either provide a recommended consulting approach and cost estimate; or conduct a more thorough marketing needs analysis on the business to develop and provide usable strategic marketing recommendations. 

03 — Marketing Support

This is the doing phase.  Scout Marketing can oversee and manage all Marketing scope externally, or work with the client's internal team and existing agencies to execute.

Marketing support can be provided through project management or under a retainer. 

04 — Results

We will provide measureable results for your business based on your objectives.
